2026 Competition Rules and Registration Guidelines
Campaign Dates and Fundraising Goal
The 10th Annual Legal Food Frenzy will run from March 11-27, 2026. With your help, we hope to raise $75,000 to fight hunger in Kentucky!
Who Can Compete?
The Legal Food Frenzy is open to EVERYONE across Kentucky’s legal community. Teams compete to earn points before and during the campaign. Designate a Team Captain to register your:
- Law Firm/Office
- Corporate Legal Department
- Government and Public Service Legal Department
- Law School
The Team Captain will be the point of contact for your team, receive campaign updates, and is responsible for submitting information regarding Volunteering and Bonus Points.
How Does Your Team Earn Points?
There are four main ways for your team to earn points towards Legal Food Frenzy awards:
- Monetary Donations: $1 = 5 Points
- Monetary Donations have the biggest impact in fighting hunger in Kentucky! With monetary donations, your Feeding Kentucky food bank will be able to use their well-established relationships and buying power to maximize the amount of healthy, nutritious food distributed to neighbors in your region.
- Donate online through your team page!
- Checks must be postmarked by March 27, 2026. Include Team Name and LFF 2026 to make sure points are properly awarded.
- Mail all checks to: Feeding Kentucky, PO Box 5522, Frankfort, KY 40602-5522
- Please DO NOT mail cash. Submit monetary donations by check or online donation.
- Canned Food Donations: 1 lb = 1 Point
- All canned food donations must be delivered to your team’s designated regional food bank no later than March 27, 2026.
- Please contact your regional food bank for a list of acceptable/needed items.

- Any team that signs up a group (even just one person!) to volunteer at their regional food bank will earn 500 points, one time.
- Volunteering must take place between February 3, 2026, and March 27, 2026.
